Thanks, Whyachians :-)

After checking with our fellow builders on the forums, we sent some DXF files to Team Whyachi for waterjet-cutting, and here's what they sent back! Hit Back after viewing an image.

Parts for our 12lb drumbot Nihilistic Naysayer 0.9 - outer rails in 3/8" 6061 aluminium, inner rails also 3/8" 6061, front wall from 1/2" polycabonate, and two drum endcaps also from 1/2" polycarb. The amazing thing is that there isn't the slightest bit of draft in the cuts, presumably from the tilting head their waterjet machine has - beautiful!

We couldn't resist laying them out (at work, so no other components handy) and it looks a lot like the CAD render - unsurprisingly.

We also received some top plates for the antweight Poor Punctuation 0.9's shell, cut from 1/4" polycarbonate. Looking good!
